Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are dispatched from Belgium.

What is the processing time?

Webbelart is a one-person operation, managed entirely by me. Typically, I handle and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days. However, during busy times like holidays or major product launches, processing might take longer. If your order is time-sensitive, such as for a gift or special event, please reach out to me after placing the order, and I'll do my best to prioritize it.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do! You can select the shipping destination and charges at checkout. Please be aware that any import, customs, or local taxes that may apply upon receipt of the package are the buyer’s responsibility.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days
  • EU countries: 5–21 business days
  • International: 14–45 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary, especially during peak seasons like the holidays. Keep this in mind if ordering for a specific occasion.

Shipping Delays Due to Covid-19 or other global disasters.

Global shipping is still experiencing delays due to the ongoing pandemic. Postal services are overwhelmed, so deliveries may take longer than usual. Your patience is appreciated during these times.

Double-check your address

Providing an incorrect or incomplete address may result in delays or even the loss of your order. I am not responsible for orders that are late or missing due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake in your address, please contact me as soon as possible, and I'll do my best to correct it. If I made the mistake, I will resend the order free of charge.

What if my package gets lost?

Postal services can occasionally misplace or lose packages, a common risk when shopping online. To avoid such issues, I strongly recommend selecting tracked shipping, especially for international or larger orders. Most smaller orders will be shipped by default without tracking. If you'd prefer to upgrade to tracked or insured shipping, please contact me or select that option at checkout. Please note that I cannot issue refunds for lost or damaged orders unless they were sent with tracked or insured shipping.

As a small independent shop owner, I can’t be held liable for errors made by postal services. I do everything in my power to ensure your order reaches you safely, but I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If something happens, the post office will help you locate your parcel. Please allow at least 35 days before considering a package lost.

What happens if my order is returned to me?

If you’re not home when your parcel is delivered, your postal service will typically leave a notice for you to collect it from your local post office. If the package is not picked up within the specified time, it will be returned to me. Once I have it back, I’ll contact you, and you can choose to either have the cost of the order refunded (minus shipping costs, unless the item is personalized, damaged, or custom-made) or have the item resent, in which case you will need to cover the shipping fee again.

Returns and Replacements

Order cancellations can be made within 14 days, except for certain items:

  • Products made to customer specifications (personalized items such as text, photos, designs, logos through printing, engraving, sublimation, etc.) cannot be returned, and cancellations are not allowed for these orders.
  • Books: Signed books are considered personalized and cannot be returned.

Non-personalized items can be returned within 14 working days. We recommend contacting customer service first, as we may be able to provide a faster or better solution. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method. No administrative or processing fees will be deducted, but return shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, I will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please take a photo of the item and contact me, and I will do my best to make it right!

Return Policy

Webbelart will happily exchange an item if it’s damaged during shipment. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order, including a photograph as proof. We will gladly refund the item’s full price (excluding shipping costs), provided the item is returned in new condition within 14 days of receipt. This offer does not apply to Original Paintings, customized orders and Books( signed). If there are any issues with an original item, contact Webbelart directly at info@webbelart.be.

All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission. Webbelart does not assume responsibility for compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Webbelart.

You may electronically copy and print pages from this website for personal, non-commercial use. Shipping

We accept orders from overseas.

All orders ship via standard mail unless otherwise stated. If you'd like to upgrade your shipping, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order or before completing it.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically. The weight includes packaging.

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and verification, plus an additional 2-35 business days for delivery.

Purchase for Personal Use Only

Products sold on our site are for personal use only, not for resale. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for personal use and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion.

Items will not ship until payment has cleared, meaning cheque/money order payments must clear before products are shipped.

You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and across various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission over networks.
